Ce centre de sant\u00e9 de niveau 4 a \u00e9t\u00e9 inaugur\u00e9 le mercredi 26 avril 2023 par le chef de l\u2019\u00c9tat togolais, Faure Gnassingb\u00e9, \u00e0 Lom\u00e9. Cette c\u00e9r\u00e9monie, qui s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre des festivit\u00e9s de la c\u00e9l\u00e9bration du 63\u00e8me anniversaire, a vu la participation de plusieurs personnalit\u00e9s du pays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Construit gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une forte aide financi\u00e8re de la Caisse nationale de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale (CNSS), l\u2019h\u00f4pital DOGTA-LAFI\u00c8 est orient\u00e9 vers des soins d\u2019excellence, capables de fournir des solutions \u00e0 la plupart des probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 des patients. L\u2019ambition du gouvernement est d\u2019offrir des soins hospitaliers de haute qualit\u00e9 afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer les indicateurs de sant\u00e9 au Togo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"707\" height=\"557\" src=\"https:\/\/lepoint-actu.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/Screenshot_20230426-212736.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1728\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lepoint-actu.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/Screenshot_20230426-212736.jpg 707w, https:\/\/lepoint-actu.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/Screenshot_20230426-212736-300x236.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 707px) 100vw, 707px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la directrice nationale de la CNSS, Madame Ingrid Awad\u00e9, l\u2019objectif du gouvernement est d\u2019am\u00e9liorer l\u2019offre de soins hospitaliers en proposant des services de sant\u00e9 de haute qualit\u00e9. Cela permettra d\u2019augmenter le niveau du plateau technique afin de limiter les besoins d\u2019\u00e9vacuation sanitaire et leurs co\u00fbts exorbitants, et de contribuer \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019ensemble du syst\u00e8me hospitalier togolais. Cette am\u00e9lioration participera \u00e9galement aux conditions d\u2019op\u00e9rationnalisation de l\u2019assurance maladie universelle institu\u00e9e par la loi 2021-022 du 18 octobre 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019h\u00f4pital DOGTA-LAFI\u00c8 est compos\u00e9 de huit (8) blocs reli\u00e9s par un bloc central de distribution. Il dispose de 22 salles de consultation, 160 lits et places, comprenant des suites, des chambres haut de gamme, des chambres individuelles, des chambres doubles et des places d\u2019hospitalisation de jour. Les sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s offertes incluent notamment la m\u00e9decine g\u00e9n\u00e9rale et sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e, la chirurgie g\u00e9n\u00e9rale et sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e, la gyn\u00e9cologie obst\u00e9trique, la p\u00e9diatrie-n\u00e9onatologie, la canc\u00e9rologie, la cardiologie interventionnelle, le laboratoire de biologie et d\u2019anatomopathologie, l\u2019hospitalisation et la pharmacie int\u00e9gr\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNous ambitionnons de faire baisser la part de la CNSS jusqu\u2019\u00e0 51% afin de permettre d\u2019autres souscriptions dans l\u2019optique de l\u2019am\u00e9lioration et du renforcement de la gouvernance. (\u2026) Avec ce projet et d\u2019autres en cours d\u2019ex\u00e9cution, la CNSS, au-del\u00e0 de sa mission originelle de gestion des prestations sociales, se place d\u00e9sormais aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s du gouvernement en tant qu\u2019incubateur de projets et acteur important de la mise en \u0153uvre des projets de d\u00e9veloppement de notre pays\u201d, a soulign\u00e9 Ingrid Awad\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le co\u00fbt des investissements en \u00e9quipements m\u00e9dicaux s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 12 milliards de francs CFA, et le fonds de roulement pour l\u2019exploitation est de 3 milliards de francs CFA.
