L&rsquo;ex chef d&rsquo;\u00e9tat major g\u00e9n\u00e9ral des FAT, le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Kadhanga Abalo F\u00e9lix et un autre accus\u00e9 pourraient passer 50 ans en prison. C\u2019est du moins la r\u00e9quisition du procureur du Tribunal militaire ce vendredi apr\u00e8s-midi , 03 novembre, en attendant le d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9 annonc\u00e9 pour demain samedi. Aussi d\u2019autres coaccus\u00e9s encourent 40 ans pour certains et 30 pour d\u2019autres, d\u2019apr\u00e8s la r\u00e9quisition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab Apr\u00e8s une longue et interminable suspension, le pr\u00e9sident du tribunal propose sa reprise le samedi 4 novembre \u00e0 9H. Les procureurs ne trouvent pas d\u2019objection \u00e0 cette d\u00e9cision. Les avocats de la d\u00e9fense \u00e0 l\u2019unisson par la voix du b\u00e2tonnier Me Adama par contre souhaitent qu\u2019au regard de la lourdeur des peines requises qu\u2019elle pr\u00e9f\u00e8re d\u00e9buter le plaidoyer le lundi 6 novembre. Le pr\u00e9sident du tribunal maintient la reprise de l\u2019audience le samedi 4 novembre 2023 \u00e0 9H. \u00ab Nous ne sommes pas disponible demain samedi \u00bb a signifi\u00e9 la d\u00e9fense.
