Il s\u2019agit de la V\u00e8me R\u00e9publique promulgu\u00e9e lundi 06 mai 2024, par le chef de l\u2019Etat Faure Gnassingb\u00e9, juste apr\u00e8s la victoire du parti UNIR au double scrutin du 29 avril 2024, au Togo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vot\u00e9e en deuxi\u00e8me d\u00e9lib\u00e9ration vendredi 19 avril 2024, par l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale sortant, la nouvelle constitution est une initiative des d\u00e9put\u00e9s de la 6\u00e8me l\u00e9gislature.<br>Selon le communiqu\u00e9 de la Pr\u00e9sidence de la R\u00e9publique annon\u00e7ant cette nouvelle, \u00ab vot\u00e9e en deuxi\u00e8me d\u00e9lib\u00e9ration le vendredi 19 avril 2024, cette r\u00e9vision constitutionnelle est le fruit d\u2019une initiative parlementaire conduite conform\u00e9ment aux dispositions l\u00e9gales, enrichie des contributions des forces vives de la nation \u00e0 la suite des consultations tenues du 08 au 12 avril 2024 \u00bb.<br>La nouvelle loi fondamentale sera publi\u00e9e au journal officiel
