En effet, dans le cadre de son programme de d\u00e9veloppement avec le Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), une agence d&rsquo;aide au d\u00e9veloppement am\u00e9ricaine, l\u2019Etat du Togo est \u00e0 la\u00a0recherche d\u2019un agent fiscal. Selon les informations, la Cellule de mise en \u0153uvre du programme compact a lanc\u00e9 un appel d\u2019offres pour le recrutement d\u2019un cabinet de conseil l\u00e9galement constitu\u00e9. Pour beaucoup, cet appel fait suite \u00e0 un avis g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de passation des march\u00e9s en avril dernier pour une valeur de 13 millions $. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"370\" height=\"370\" src=\"https:\/\/lepoint-actu.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/fiscalite-18.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3527\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lepoint-actu.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/fiscalite-18.jpg 370w, https:\/\/lepoint-actu.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/fiscalite-18-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/lepoint-actu.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/fiscalite-18-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 370px) 100vw, 370px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon les m\u00eames informations, le processus de s\u00e9lection se fera selon la m\u00e9thode de s\u00e9lection qualitative et bas\u00e9e sur les co\u00fbts, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la politique et aux directives de passation des march\u00e9s de l&rsquo;entit\u00e9 responsable du MCC.<br>En substance, l\u2019op\u00e9rateur recherch\u00e9 aura pour mission d\u2019aider le gouvernement togolais \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre le programme Compact, \u00ab de mani\u00e8re transparente et s\u00fbre \u00bb.<br><strong>\u00c9ligibilit\u00e9 au MCC et coh\u00e9rence continue<\/strong>\u2026<br>Il y a environ deux ans que le Togo est annonc\u00e9 comme \u00e9ligible au MCC. Apr\u00e8s cette annonce fin 2022, le pays de l\u2019Afrique de l\u2019ouest est demeur\u00e9 constant dans sa vision de mieux faire, d\u2019aller de l\u2019avant. Ainsi, une collaboration entre le MCC et le gouvernement togolais pour \u00e9laborer un pacte d&rsquo;ici la fin de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e civile 2024 est en cours. Le projet du Togo \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre en ce sens est en cours avec pour objectif de r\u00e9soudre les contraintes dans les secteurs de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie et du num\u00e9rique, avec un accent
