Le lancement a r\u00e9uni en atelier diverses parties prenantes de la r\u00e9gion Centrale et des partenaires. Il s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre du Programme d\u2019appui \u00e0 la lutte contre le changement climatique, la protection de la biodiversit\u00e9 et l\u2019agro\u00e9cologie (PALCC+), sous la
